FAQs

Q: Doc... What!?
Then name DocWagon™ and its design were borrowed from the pen & paper cyberpunk RPG, Shadowrun.

Q: What makes DocWagon™ different?
A: DocWagon™ is dedicated to providing medical support and emergency response. To focus our goals we require that our employees have basic medical certification and encourage advance medical certification.

Q: Why is your tag [HTR]?
A: DocWagon's employees are split into smaller "High Threat Response" teams. HTR teams are made up of 7 members who fall into two distinct categories of training. Three medical personnel, trained and equipped with emergency medical gear, provide medical care to the client. The other four members of the HTR team function as "threat support personnel." This group protects the medical team and the client from hostile action during the pickup. Though all DocWagon™ personnel receive medical training, threat support personnel receive a majority of their training and experience in combat.

Q: What does "dP" stand for?
A: DocWagon™ is run by its founding HTR team, which is mostly comprised of DigiPen IT students. DigiPen is a college in Redmond, WA that offers degrees in "real-time interactive interactive simulation" (aka: video game computer science) and 3D animation.
